Asantee Soap Review

Asantee Soap is gaining popularity as a multi-purpose organic, herbal body wash that leaves skin feeling clean, soft and smoothed. This Ghanaian black soap is made from a traditional recipe using plant-based oils and botanicals like shea, cocoa pods, and aloe. I recently tried Asantee Soap and wanted to share my review about what makes this body wash so unique.

Product Review

I love using Asantee Soap because it works well as a gentle face and body cleanser. Compared to store-bought liquid body wash and bar soap I’ve tried, it is more moisturizing yet still gets skin clean without leaving behind residue or stiffness.

The first thing I noticed when opening the package was the pleasant, light herbal scent. The aroma is earthy and calming due to the natural ingredients used. The soap has a soft, whipped, butter-like texture that spreads easily on the skin or loofah. It creates a nice bubbling lather that leaves my skin feeling refreshed but not stripped or dried out.

After patting dry with a towel, my skin always has a smooth, supple feel. The antioxidants from ingredients like raw honey and shea seem to nourish and condition my skin over time. I also notice less flakiness on my arms and legs even in cold winter months since switching over to using Asantee Soap.
